Istron Bay hotel will give a big variety of accomodation: 60 Standard Rooms - Seafront with Sea View, 43 Superior Rooms with Sea View, 15 Suites- Seafront with Sea or Garden View located by the Pool, 27 Garden Junior Suites - Seafront with Sea or Garden View and 5 Self-catering Villas: Niovi, Daphne, Phaedra, Alkistis and Artemis each one possessing its own pool.

The 60 Standard Rooms have all the standard amenities, sea view and a Balcony or Terrace.

The 43 Superior Rooms are larger Rooms on higher levels. All have a Bedroom area and a Sitting area, sea view and open-air Balcony/Terrace.

Suites with two Rooms and Bathroom, Kitchenette and sea view open-air Balcony/Terrace.

Garden Junior Suites are near the Sea, with either Sea or Garden View - Sea View from the Terrace. Larger rooms with Bedroom area and Sitting area, able to accommodate up to four or five people.

All the Suites are furnished in a modern Aegean style and include open-air Balcony/Terrace with Sun Loungers.

Villas Every guest entering the villas will imediately understand that no cost has been spared! Modern and antique furniture create an atmosphere of elegance while contemporary technology completes the comfort. Each Villa occupies a different level with shades and fences having been carefully designed to secure privacy. All villas have a large terrace with a private pool (except the Alkistis villa). A marble topped-table and benches serves for alfresco dining. The Niovi and Artemis villas have 3 bedrooms, the Alkistis villa with one bedroom, the Daphne and Phaedra villas with with 2 bedrooms. All Villas have a DVD, Home Cinema (except the Alkistis villa) and all the standard amenities. A bathroom corresponds to each bedroom, master bedrooms have bathroom en suite. All kitchens are fully equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There are also a variety of services offered like Parking, Baby sitting (upon request), Laundry facilities (with a fee), Technician (every afternoon), Cook or Butler (upon request), Mini market (24-h self services) and Cleaning (everyday except Sunday)
